Who We Are
In my two decades as a communications professional, I have learned one important lesson: the only constant is change. It is for this reason that I have dedicated my career to helping organizations create an environment where employees are at their best. Blending skills and insights from across public relations, human resources, and management consulting, my expertise is infusing the employee perspective to achieve a high-performing culture.
My experience ranges from working with multinational organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Cigna, and Ford Motor Company to small start-up companies and everything in between. I bring diverse perspectives that enable clients to create their own unique workplace experiences.
I am a PROSCI-certified change management professional. For the last several years I have served on the Board of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) New Jersey Chapter and I enjoy speaking publicly about my passion for communications. Early in my career I was a spokesperson for a federal government agency after receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Monmouth University.
