Opportunity

A global healthcare company was planning a large in-person leadership meeting when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The organizers had to quickly shift the format to be fully virtual, which included finding new ways to convey important business information and engage new leaders.

Action

MDL Strategic Communications was retained to serve as the project lead. Our responsibilities included working in close partnership with a design agency to manage the development of high-quality materials such as videos and presentation decks. MDL Strategic Communications utilized our knowledge of the healthcare industry and extensive experience in event management to translate complex scientific and business updates into dynamic materials to share with other global leaders.

Results

The result was a successful two-day virtual event that enabled the company’s growth strategy. Additionally, it served as a blueprint for remote events that historically were held in-person.
