When an international pharmaceutical company initiated a global transformation of its business and operating strategy, MDL Strategic Communications partnered directly with members of the communications team to develop and execute a robust change management plan.

Our work included developing materials to articulate the new employee value proposition for U.S. based employees, a key demographic for the company. From there, we assisted in the creation of materials and experiences designed to engage and inspire employees who were expected to work in new ways. 


While this new change plan was being executed, MDL Strategic Communications also managed  several concurrent process improvements outside the U.S. Our work included launch support for a new internal content management system as well as organizational communications for a patient support group – a priority focus within the new growth model. 


A noticeable improvement was observed in employee sentiment – both qualitative and quantitative – following the organization transformation. Engagement scores increased along with a new internal campaign designed to motive employees around the future goals of the organization.
